Tyler Junior College. Consulted with archival staff about digitization workflow and digital preservation including metadata standards, storage, and access to digital material, October 2012.
Lamar University. Consulted with archival staff concerning their digital collections housed in CONTENTdm, June 2011.
Charlie Wilson Oral History Day. The History Department organized a day to interview Wilson staff members. The transcripts were recently completed (summer 2012) and the interviews will be uploaded in the near future. I worked with history graduate students to scan material Wilson’s staff members brought with them, March 2011.
I Found It In The Archives! contest.Coordinated and implemented the Society of American Archivist program which elevates awareness of the archives field. Community members submit a 400 word essay or a two minute video about what material they found in their local archives, 2011 & 2012.
Archives Month Celebration. Assist with the planning and implementation of a reception for the opening of new collection in conjunction with Archives Month, 2009, 2010, & 2011.
Upshaws of County Line. Co-coordinated a photography exhibit at the Cole Art Center in Nacogdoches. The photographs, taken by Richard Orton in the late 1980s to early 1990s depict life in an East Texas community which began as a freedman colony after the Civil War, February 2009.

Arthur Weaver, 1915-2012. Video in honor of Mr. Weaver, former president of the NAACP in Nacogdoches for 20 years. He passed away in 2011 and was honored at the 2012 Black History Month Celebration on February 12, 2012.

Myrtie Mims. Black History Month exhibit at the Nacogdoches Public Library in honor of Mrs. Mims, a local African American female photographer. She ran a studio out of her home during the 1940s through the 1970s. February 2010.

Birdie Wade & the African American Heritage Project. Exhibit at Nacogdoches Public Library to showcase and promote the upcoming Regional History Day theme of “The Individual in History." August 2008.
Alumni Magazine. Manage metadata and uploading of collection of university's alumni magazine into digital repository. 2014
Cason-Monk Metcalf Funeral Records. Acquired and managed the digitization of 70 years of funeral records from a local funeral home. The collection consists of around 100 ledgers from a funeral home which formed from four different companies.
Celestine Family Photographs. Acquired and managed the ongoing digitization of over 200 photographs from an Alabama-Coushatta family. As of 2013, the collection was still being processed.
Charles Wilson Democratic Study Group Legislative Reports. Managed the digitization of legislative reports given to Charlie Wilson during his time in office. 2011-2013.
Charles Wilson Photograph Collection. Managed the digitization of Charlie Wilson photographs taken during his time in office including some from his trips to the Middle East. 2011-2013

Faye Rison Photographs. Managed the digitization of over 150 photographs of E.J. Campbell students during the 1950s and 60s. E.J. Campbell was the African American school in Nacogdoches. 2012

Kolb Family Photographs. Acquired and managed over 350 photographs from the family who has lived in the area since the 1820s. As of 2013, the collection was still being processed.
Lily Grove Baptist Church. Managed the digitization of church registers totaling approximately 950 scans. As of 2013, the collection was still being processed.
Rison Family Photographs. Acquired and managed the digitization of over 200 photographs belonging to the Rison Family, an African American family from a local freedmen colony. The photographs date from 1910s through the 1950s. 2011-2012
Sid Roberts Funeral Home. Managed the digitization of over 750 items belonging to a local African American funeral home. The majority of the material are funeral programs. As of 2013, the collection was still being processed.
Texas Documents Scanning Project. Assisted and instructed Steen Library’s research librarians with the digitization of historic Texas State Department of Education bulletins, 2011-2013
University records. Manage metadata and uploading of ongoing collection of a variety of records into digital repository. These records include departmental newsletters, Honors Thesis, Commencement Programs, and class bulletins. 2014-current
Web Archiving Program. Administrator for the university's web archiving program. Also, curate the archival files for the University Archives. 2015-current
Wright Brothers-Kettering Oral Histories. Manage the outsourcing of reel to reel oral histories recorded in 1967. One complete the digital files and transcripts will be added to online digital repository. 2014
Wyatt Columbus Teel Family. Acquired and managed the digitization of over 200 documents dating from the 1830s to the 1920s. As of 2013, the collection was still being processed.
I have managed over 750 accessioned oral histories. While it is not common for me to conduct these interviews it is sometimes necessary. The following interviews include ones in which I was a interviewer.
